First contact
Send your enquiry to info@adamastor.org.pt, describing the service and the problem. If you have already contacted us and the issue persists, you can ask a consumer alternative dispute resolution body for support.
This information concerns disputes arising from the purchase of goods or services. For questions about youth projects or activities, use our general contact details.
Alternative dispute resolution
Alternative dispute resolution bodies help consumers and service providers resolve disputes outside the courts, including through mediation, conciliation or arbitration, according to their remit and the applicable rules.
Portugal’s Directorate-General for Consumers provides a list and map of recognised bodies in Portugal.
The National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Disputes provides information and handles cases within its territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction.
You can also submit a complaint through the official online portal.
Update note
The European online dispute resolution platform stopped accepting complaints in March 2025 and was discontinued in July 2025. The link on the previous page has therefore been removed. Consult the updated list of alternative dispute resolution bodies.
