VisEU+ Jovem brings young people and local political decision-makers together to create regular spaces for participation and dialogue.
Led by Adamastor, with the Municipality of Viseu as a strategic partner, the project combines in-person meetings, non-formal education and digital tools.
We want to help young people understand decision-making processes, identify priorities and bring proposals into local debate. Including young people with fewer opportunities is part of this commitment.

What we want to build
A voice that
continues to

Creating or strengthening a Local Youth Council is one of the project's objectives.
A space for dialogue that can sustain participation beyond this experience and strengthen the connection between young people and local decision-making.
Expected results
- Young people who are better informed, more confident and more active in democratic life.
- Youth proposals included in debates on municipal policies.
- Digital participation tools tested in practice.
- More regular dialogue between young people and decision-makers.
