The network connects young people with organisations willing to offer learning, observation or practical experiences. Each experience is coordinated with partners and tailored to the participant's profile and goals.

Mini-placements let you explore a professional field and the daily life of an organisation. They may involve observation or practical participation.
Following guidance and skills development, the team helps identify suitable opportunities and facilitates contact with organisations. Each experience depends on availability and agreement between the parties.
- Format
- Observation or practical experience, agreed before the start.
- Duration
- A minimum of 10 hours. Dates and duration are agreed between the young person, the organisation and the team.
- Agreement
- The conditions are set out in a collaboration agreement.
- On completion
- Adamastor issues a completion statement recording the hours and tasks carried out.

Your organisation can join the Regional Mini-Placement Network, offering contact with a professional environment. Talk to the team about the project and arranging a learning, observation or practical experience.
